On site in 48 business hours.
Report a fault and we diagnose it and swap the part within 48 business hours, anywhere in Chonburi. Business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays. Evenings, weekends and holidays are available as a paid emergency call-out.
Your spares, held locally.
Before your display leaves our warehouse, we set aside spares from the same production batch and keep them in Chonburi, with your name on them. Nothing is ordered from overseas and nothing waits at customs.
Out from the front.
Every part that can fail lifts out from the front. The screen never comes off the wall.
It stays with the house.
Sell the villa or the business and the cover passes to the new owner for the rest of the term.
After year five.
A service agreement continues the cover from year six, at ฿35,000 a year ex VAT.
Where it can go.
For indoor, air-conditioned rooms: −10 to +40 °C and 10–80% humidity, measured at the display. Leaving for a while? Power it down, then restore the room's air before switching back on. Installs outside these conditions need a signed waiver.
